The Thedus Belt is the primary source of heavy minerals and base metals for the Corporation’s interstellar fleet. A dense asteroid field orbiting a cold, iron-rich planet, the belt hosts over 200 automated mining stations and three massive orbital refineries. This is the raw industrial engine that powers the Vision.

Logistics: The Long Tow

Operations in the Thedus Belt involve some of the longest transit routes in corporate history. Large M-Class commercial towing vessels, such as the USCSS Nostromo, are utilized to haul millions of tons of refined ore back to the Sol system gateways. These trips often involve years of stasis for the skeleton crews managing the automated freighters.
